We are proudly based in Accra, Ghana. All Made By Cole pieces are designed and crafted locally with love and precision.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We currently ship across Ghana and to selected countries in the diaspora. If you have questions about your location, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
3. What sizes do you offer?
Our sizes are made to fit the everyday African woman — from S to XXL. Kindly refer to our size chart on each product page or send us your measurements for the best fit.
4. Can I make custom size requests?
Absolutely. If you're between sizes or prefer a tailored fit, just send us a note at checkout or contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of placing your order.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Local orders typically take 3–5 working days. International orders may take 7–14 days depending on location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
6. What fabrics do you use?
We use premium, breathable fabrics sourced with care — from soft cottons and crepes to luxe blends. Comfort and durability are at the core of every MBC piece.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
We currently offer exchanges for size-related issues. Items must be unworn and returned within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds at this time.
8. How do I care for my garments?
We recommend gentle hand washing or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water. Avoid harsh detergents and always air dry to preserve fabric quality.
